We are a training, coaching, and consultancy organisation,
with a focus on personal and organisational development.
A skilled provider of NLP trainings, leadership, staff
development and change management, our methods are based
on the most advanced developments in thinking, training,
communication and learning. We are committed to the achievement
of your individual and corporate success. We aim to empower
people, whether individuals or within organisations, so
that they can integrate their learning effectively. We
specialise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the “how
to” of change management and performance excellence.
NLP is an applied psychology, often described as the art
and science of personal excellence. It is at the leading
edge of successful organisations as an attitude and a set
of skills that enable outstanding individual and team performance.
We offer a complete range of Accredited
Professional Training in NLP, Clinical
Hypnosis and Coaching. All our courses
are recognised or accredited by either ANLP, INLPTA or
GHSC.
Along with Coaching
and Personal Breakthrough Sessions,
and our Empowerment
Series, with its focus on skills development,
we offer an all-encompassing service to our clients.

| The
Charis NLP Team |
Joyce Campbell studied
psychology at Dundee University in the 1970s.
In 1990, a chance discovery of a book in a charity shop
led her to begin to study and train in NLP and hypnosis,
an interest which she developed alongside a satisfying
career within the NHS, latterly working at a national level
in health improvement. Joyce is a Master Practitioner
of NLP and a Master Coach. She
is also an INLPTA accredited trainer of NLP; is affiliated
to the General
Hypnotherapy Standards Council as
a trainer of Hypnosis; and is a trainer member of the Association
of NLP. She
has always been a people person, working with people individually
and in groups, and is an enthusiastic and motivational
trainer. Her passion is making a difference to people’s
lives. Joyce is the main trainer on our public courses,
and works with organisations on leadership, communication,
and change.
Robert Westwater is a scientist by background,
and has a BSc and MBA from Edinburgh University. He is
an internal consultant on Accelerated Change Management,
and has wide experience working in a range of blue chip
companies, and also with business start up. An NLP Practitioner,
Bob provides input into the business-building module of
the public courses, and is available to work with organisations.
Associates: we have a number
of handpicked associates who work with us, bringing skills
in specialist areas. They all subscribe to the mission
and values of Charis NLP.
Coaching team: in order to ensure personal
attention for all students, our open courses have a team
of coaching assistants to offer individual support. They
have all been trained by Charis NLP, and work under supervision.

we are |
Based in Scotland, we work nationally
and internationally. Our base is a beautiful conservation
village. Bothwell sits at the hub of the main motorway
network, with excellent road and public transport links.
We are barely two hours by road from the North of England.
